(1) If the owner of a private firm wants to alter the details given during the registration of his private firm, he must disclose the details to be altered and give a written notice to the relevant office.
(2) If a written notice is received according to sub-rule (1), the relevant office will give permission to modify such details and will amend the details related to such private firm in its possession, if it is deemed appropriate after investigating the matter.
(3) If details are amended according to sub-rule (2), the concerned office shall also inform the concerned Internal Revenue Office.
